1. Free shipping is offered if the value of a domestic order is more than $50.

2. For domestic orders, shipping & handling charge is a flat rate of $4.5 if an order is less of $50. there is not additional charge of shipping & handling.

3. For international order, the minimum shipping charge is $25, an additional item is $0.5 of extra shipping charge; the maximum shipping charge is $45 (for an order is over $100, we must use priority mailing with tracking service).

4. We are located in California. It normally takes 3 to 7 business days for a domestic order, and 2 to 4 weeks for an internationally order.

5. An order may be delayed due to external reasons, such as post office's delay or busy holiday season, etc. If it does happen, your understanding and patience are appreciated. Meanwhile, we strike to deliver the best purchasing experience to you.
