US (Domestic) Shipping Information:
Free shipping is offered if the value of an order before shipping and sale tax is more than $99. Adabele reserves the right to select a shipping service for this option.
A flat shipping rate of $6.99 is offered for orders < $99. Weight limit for this service is 3 pounds/48 oz. USPS Ground Advantage shipping service is used for this shipping option. If your order is over 3 pounds, you may try to qualify for Free Shipping Option or select a paid shipping service below.
If you would like your orders to be delivered sooner, you may pay for the following shipping options:
Priority Mail Service, arrives in 2-5 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances. Weight limit for this service is 3 pounds/48 oz.
UPS Express Service, arrives 2-3 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and holidays. Delivery date may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service. Weight limit for this service is 3 pounds/48 oz.
UPS ground service is offered if you would like your orders to be delivered with UPS; package may arrives in 3-5 business days after day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding holidays. Weight limit for this service is 3 pounds/48 oz.
International Shipping Information:
Canada: a flat shipping rate $25 for orders are less than 2 pounds/32 oz.
Switzerland: a flat shipping rate $37 for orders are less than 2 pounds/32 oz.
All other international orders: a flat shipping rate of $30 for orders are less than 2 pounds/32 oz.
We will try to use DHL service if its service is available at your address; otherwise we will use US Postal Service first class parcel shipping service. The delivery time frame varies from 7 business days (DHL) to 21 business days (USPS parcel).
For orders are over 2 pounds, shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your order. You may select the default international shipping charge at checkout. We will consult you about the final shipping charge and send you an estimate provided by DHL or US postal office.
An order may be delayed due to external reasons, such as post office's delay or busy holiday season, etc. If it does happen, your understanding and patience are appreciated. Meanwhile, we strike to deliver the best purchasing experience to you.
